Be careful using these themes. I’ve tested several. Certain themes have junk code at footer that can not be deleted. I don’t know where they put these codes. It’s encrypted. Even there are strange codes at function.php. If you don’t know anything about coding, better to grab free themes from trusted source like wordpress.org.
